At Henriëtte Linens, each piece is bespoke and often made-to-order, which may result in slightly longer delivery times. Below you’ll find details regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time

- Bespoke Orders: Each piece is handmade to your specifications. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of your order.
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

- The Netherlands & EU: Standard and Express delivery options are available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

- Netherlands: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 4–10 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–15 business days after dispatch
